Return and Refund Policy

At Camping Country LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

We will provide detailed return instructions and a return address once your return request is approved.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in original, resalable condition
  • It is in the original packaging with all parts and documentation
  • It is not a non-returnable item (see below)

Returns due to buyer’s remorse may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, or exchange after inspection

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we may provide a return label or reimbursement after review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Electrical components
  • Plumbing components
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Special orders and custom items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Route Package Protection

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your shipment from loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • If You Purchased Route:
    Claims must be filed directly with Route at https://claims.route.com. Route will process the claim and may issue a refund or replacement, subject to their terms.
  • If You Did Not Purchase Route:
    Camping Country LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
