Shipping policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

Camping Country LLC ships to the Continental United States (Lower 48 States). We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

All in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. If an item is not available or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email with estimated restock and shipping times.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight services. The shipping method will be selected based on the most efficient and appropriate option for your order size and delivery location.

Large or heavy items may ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, which may require a scheduled delivery and someone present to receive the item.

In rare cases, additional freight charges may apply for oversized or heavyweight items. If applicable, we will contact you directly to confirm before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time includes both order processing and transit time. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 9 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method (if applicable)

We occasionally offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on applicable product pages.
