📌 How to File a Claim:

📦 Return Eligibility & Process

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items?

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Changed Your Mind? (Buyer’s Remorse)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be based on the original shipping cost paid at checkout. The Customer will be notified before the return is approved, and payment will be made using the payment method on file.

  • Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Electrical components (for safety reasons).
  • Plumbing components
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Custom or special-order items.

Refund & Inspection Process

🔍 Inspection & Approval

  • Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days after receiving receipt.
  • If the item meets return eligibility, a refund will be issued in 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

💳 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Route Protection – Your Order is Covered!

We offer Route Shipping Protection to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

*If you add Package Protection at checkout and your parcel is visibly damaged, you can refuse delivery for any “in-transit” issues.

What Route Protection Covers:

Lost Packages – If your package never arrives.
Stolen Orders – If your order is marked as delivered but goes missing.
Damaged Items – If your product arrives broken or unusable.

2️⃣ Claims must be submitted within 2 days of the marked delivery date.
3️⃣ Route will process your claim and issue a refund or replacement quickly.
